Service Hours

Therapeutic services are available by appointment from 8 AM to 8 PM Monday through Friday and 8 AM to 5 PM on Saturday. Spiritual counseling is available by appointment during retail store hours and some evenings by special arrangement.

Sundays

We are closed on Sundays. BodyWork's consciously chooses to willfully leave the hassles of the daily world behind us one day each week and provide our staff with the opportunity to connect, relax and rejuvenate.

Appointment Policy

Your appointment is reserved especially for you. We respect your time and will make every effort to stay on schedule. Our track record is that we are on time 98% of the time. Please respect our valuable time and call us at least 24 hours in advance if you need to change your appointment. This will allow us to serve another client who is in need of care.

We reserve the right to charge for missed appointments if we are not notified in advance.

(3)	These therapies are worked into a normal massage session on an as needed basis.

(5)	Programs are designed and priced based on the needs of the company and utilize conscious breathing as the core to creating the change that you seek.

Financial Policy

Payment is expected at the time service is rendered. We accept cash, checks or credit cards (MasterCard and Visa). In the event that a scheduled appointment is missed without any advance notice, we reserve the right to charge for that appointment.

Insurance Billings

Many insurance contracts do not reimburse massage as a covered benefit. You need to review your policy or contact your benefits administrator to determine if our services are eligible for reimbursement under your plan. We regret that we DO NOT generally bill insurance. However, we will gladly provide a receipt that you may submit for reimbursement. There are rare instances (Worker's Compensation Cases or Automobile Accident Cases) when we will bill the insurance company but these are under limited and special circumstances. Our ability to do this is determined on a case-by-case basis.
