For each visitor to our Web page, our Web server automatically recognizes only the consumer’s domain name, but not the e-mail address (where possible).

We collect the e-mail addresses of those who communicate with us via e-mail and who sign up through our center or at one of our events.
We use Constant Contact, a reputable email provider company, to send out occasional bulk emails.

If you are subscribed to our mailing list and wish to stop receiving emails we will be sad but you may unsubscribe by going to the bottom of the email you received where there are options to unsubscribe.

If you wish to update your email profile and contact information, you can do that by also going to the bottom of an email received from us and click on the update/change link.

The information we collect is used to improve the content of our Web page. It is not shared with other organizations for commercial purposes. We will never sell or rent your email address. If you do fraud or spam us, we may post your site on Black Hat SEO.com or other similar websites.

With respect to cookies: We do not set any cookies.

From time to time, we may use customer information for new, unanticipated uses not previously disclosed in our privacy notice. If our information practices change at some time in the future we will post the policy changes to our Web site to notify you of these changes and provide you with the ability to opt out of these new uses. If you are concerned about how your information is used, you should check back at our Web site periodically. Customers may prevent their information from being used for purposes other than those for which it was originally collected by emailing us at relax@bodyworkshealingcenter.com.

If we transfer and receive certain types of sensitive information such as financial information, we redirect visitors to a secure server. At this time this could occur through our on line booking system, Booker.com, which is a secured site.
